three steps of scrolling the bottom scroll bar

Hi, I noticed that in version 4.0 and 4.1. In the messages list, when my columns take more space that is available in the window, obviously a scroll bar appears at the bottom of the messages list window. Now when I scroll this scrollbar from left to right, the content of the columns names scrolls accordingly, but not the columns headers. This makes impossible to read the columns names.

this has previously been reported and is ultiamtely dependent on bug #4344
