Description Fhiss 2021-12-18 19:18:45 UTC
Yggmail is a single-binary all-in-one mail transfer agent which sends and receives email natively over the Yggdrasil Network.

Is it possible to integrate Yggmail with Claws Mail so that when creating a new account, you can choose Yggmail and use it in the future?

On the URL you mentioned, the second point of introduction states:

| Implements IMAP and SMTP protocols for sending and receiving mail,
| so you can use your favourite client (hopefully);

So, nothing to do here, just configure a Claws Mail account to use the ports for IMAP and SMTP that the yggmail process will be opening on your localhost.

That's right. But this is a small program, not very common in the repositories of OS distributions. If it was immediately supplied with Claws Mail, at least the ability to include it when compiling for the maintainer, it would be more convenient for me. Creating an account with the necessary presets is easier than entering everything manually.
