Let fancy viewer load message content using CID.

The old code for loading CID URLs does not work with webkit2. A different approach is needed.

Pushed to git [1], thanks for the patch!

Thought it applied fine, just noticed it's a 2 of 2 patch.
Does it have another part you may want to share with us, perhaps removing old code? :-)
