View show or hide column headers doesn't work.
Top row moves up behind headers, headers are not removed.

Just found out that if I click on the headers then I can then get them to disappear.  Behaviour not the same as 3.17.8.
This can be closed as I can workaround it.

If I then scroll down the email list the headers flash on and off.

Seems to be an upstream problem. According to the docs, gdk_window_show() and gdk_window_hide() do opposite things, but the former works and the latter doesn't.

Perhaps it won't be solved until bug #4344 and its summaryview equivalent are completed.
