The Windows used CA bundle is somewhat outdated.

At the risk of escalating the issue, it's not just the CA bundle that's outdated at this point. The last Windows release is 3.17.4.1 and we're on CM ver. 3.17.6 by now. They really need to get their windows builds moving again.
