Steps to reproduce: - Receive a calendar invitation for account@somedomain which isn't configured as an account in Claws Mail - Display invitation with vCalendar (if not configured to do so automatically) - Select a response (e.g. 'Accept') and click Reply button Result: - Default account is used to reply, exposing an address unknown to the invitation sender, and also potentially unleashing an address the sender should better not know :) Expected: - Either ask for which account to use for responding (from the ones in the invitation) and configure a SMTP account on the fly for sending the reply - or, alternatively, refuse to answer (e.g. 'No account available for responding') until the right account is configured (more easy than the other option, I guess :) Thanks in advance,
you could just use the Templates of the folder Properties to set the From address.
Suggested workaround doesn't work here. BTW, I don't see how templates would apply, but anyway, I've set the expected email address everywhere in the folder props but this didn't change what the vcal plug-in does: send using the wrong one.
