Surprised this has never been replied to, but better late than never as it still applies to 3.17.8. This reply just to give some historical closure. The error message is [still] misleading, the missing file was [almost certainly] msvcr100.dll, a required Visual C++ component which can't be included in the distribution for licensing reasons. You will need to install 'Visual Studio 2010 (VC++ 10.0) SP1' runtime. Google for it, links posted in replies tend to break over time, and look for 2010, there are several vintages. |
