plugin load dialogue

Tested for new installation and upgrade installation. Not tested on 32bit

Fancy HTML viewer plugin is not available after installation. [screen shot of plugin load dialogue attached.]

Upgrade install from 3.9 leaves earlier version of fancy.so in place.


A "clean" install has no fancy.so in plugins folder.

probably you are missing the dependencies.

Surely a "missing dependency" would raise an error or at least a warning that something or other was missing?
