Upgrade. 3.10.0 (not the latest even) has fixed a cause of heap corruption issues.

Removing and rebuilding local caches is an idea, too, but you should really avoid 3.9.3 and older these days.

You should really verify that your bug exists in the latest release before submitting a bug report.
