The 'Go to Inbox' option does nothing under Claws-mail. Setup description: Claws-Mail on Windows 7 SP1 x64 No. of accounts : 3 Each of the accounts has an Inbox folder , and I wonder if Claws Mail gets confused about which inbox it is supposed to go to. The related 'Open Last Folder before exit' option does work.
A Mailbox can have only one inbox; several accounts can share the same inbox. 'Go to inbox' only activates when there is new mail in the inbox. There is no option, 'Open Last Folder before exit', however, there is an option 'Open last opened folder at start-up'. Please, with the above information in mind, explain better the problem you are encountering.
It was not clear to me that 'Go to Inbox' meant 'Go to Inbox if new mail is in Inbox'. I assumed it would make it go to the inbox on startup no matter what, which is what I was trying to get it to do. I suppose that makes my report an enhancement request rather than a bug. Thank you for taking the time to clarify. (In reply to comment #1) > A Mailbox can have only one inbox; several accounts can share the same > inbox. There is a command line argument that will do what you want, I forget the exact syntax but the man page says: --select [#mh/mailbox/]folder[/msg|/msgid] with the correct string for the mailbox you want to use
