It is normal and expected that html mail parts are not displayed as html when you don't have an html viewer plugin loaded.
Mmmh sorry, when I red that "'Extra Plugins' are now contained within the Claws Mail package", I wrongly assumed that Gtkhtml2Viewer was removed because included in claws-mail. My desire had made me read the news wrongly ;-) I apologize for the wrong report. Regards
