Claws should request CAPABILITY a second time after completing login.

A lot of servers (notably Dovecot) advertise a different set of pre-login capabilities.  Claws doesn't re-request CAPABILITIES after login, which causes it to miss out on fancy features of the server.

Claws Mail doesn't use any fancy capabilities, anyway, so it's not missing out much :)
