I compiled two plugin - trayicon (default build-in) and "The Notification plugin". After loading Notification plugin tray icon always "UNREAD" (bright, not shaded). 
Unloading or removing Notification plugin does not change.

I don't see the standard trayicon icon in your screenshot, are you using a theme?

You probably actually have unread msgs. I can't see any way in which the notification plugin would affect the trayicon plugin.

I have understood a problem. Plug-ins really we will not accept. The problem was with subscriptions to folders IMAP.
