I want reply to reply to a message. I press "Reply to all" button.
I get an message with filled fields "To" and "Newsgroups", but CC fields are not set although source message has several CC fields.
I consider it as a bug. I think all CC fields must be copied to a reply
message.

Changes related to this bug have been committed.
Please check latest Git and update the bug accordingly.
