Hi,

Assuming that one has restricted the message list (using some extended search filter for instance), if one then wants to mark a thread as watched, it appears that only displayed messages will be marked. If one clears the current search (thus displaying all messages in the current folder), marking a thread as watched will mark all messages in the sub-thread. I believe that all messages in a sub-thread should be marked be there displayed or not.
