This is on the Win10-64 version.
Despite the dll being in the correct place (c:\Program Files\Claws Mail\lib\claws-mail\plugins\fancy.dll and running with Administrator rights the program reports The following error occurred while loading fancy.dll:
'C:\Program Files\Claws Mail\lib\claws-mail\plugins\fancy.dll’: The specified module could not be found.

You need to download the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, which contains the missing msvcr100.dll file.

That said, I have no idea why this is needed all of a sudden.
