After installation of Claws 3.13.1-1 on Windows 7 64-bit, it crashes once an attempt is made to edit account information.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Claws 3.13.1-1.
2. Launch Claws.
3. Select Configuration/Edit Accounts.
4. Select an account.
5. Click EDIT icon.

Claws immediately crashes. Windows displays a box that Claws has crashed.

I confirm this issue 3.13.1-1 on Windows 7 64-bit

Is this crash fixed with 3.13.1-2? If not, feel free to reopen this bug.

Issue not present in 3.13.1-2 on Windows 7.
