Product: Claws Mail (GTK 2) Reporter: Mark Chang <mark.cyj>

Status: RESOLVED WORKSFORME

Hardware: PC
OS: Linux

Description Mark Chang 2015-12-03 11:21:22 UTC
I "replay to all" with "some emails", after reply window pop-up, the "TO:" field contains myself email address. But "reply" with the same emails, the "TO:" field contains the sender of the email correctly.

I don't know what kind of email will cause this error, but if the AAA@BBBc.com have this situation, all the emails send from AAA@BBB.com will have the same scene.

My Platform is Ubuntu 14.04 64bit and Claws is v3.13.0.

Please give real examples, also including your current account's email address.
Comment 2 Mark Chang 2015-12-03 11:41:37 UTC
I send from mark.cyj@gmail.com to mark@ejek.com.tw with SMTP(gmail).

After receiving the email, I press "reply to all" button with mark@ejek.com.tw account and the "TO:" field will contains mark@ejek.com.tw.

If I press "reply" button with mark@ejek.com.tw account and the "TO:" field will contains mark.cyj@gmail.com.

Thx.

How are you selecting this mark@ejek.com.tw account? How are you confirming that this account is the current account?

I think when press reply/reply to all, claws will use the "Default" account for replying. And my default account is mark@ejek.com.tw.

I was asking about the 'current' account, not about the 'default' account. the current account is indicated by the account selector at the lower right-hand corner of the main window.

OK, I think the current account is mark@ejek.com.tw, cause I select the mail which I received in my mark@ejek.com.tw account mail box and press reply to all button.

Most of my received email are normal but some emails have this problem.
