Paul, it probably works for you in the sense that the email is moved. However, it moves to "folder 2" and not "subfolder c" as would be expected. That is the bug. No, it works for me in the sense that the mail is moved to "subfolder c" as expected. You are not following the instructions to replicate the bug. Here, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LGDZm-eyag I followed the instructions in your first comment, but your text in the video says what you didn't say the first time. 'You hit "New" in the dialog box to create a new folder.' 'Use Alt + N to create a subfolder'. It wasn't clear that 'hit' meant 'use Alt + N'. Now I can reproduce what you report. Certainly the 2 different highlighting styles lead to confusion. Cool.
