Hi there.
 
Is it possible for Claws-mail to support External Authentication?  The "AUTHENTICATE EXTERNAL =" SASL-IR command looks good to me.
 
I'm building my very own little email server, that uses External Authentication and now I'm looking for email clients that support External Authentication especially those on portable platforms.  I'm almost being pioneering, except somebody else invented it and I can't find anyone who uses it
