If the real name part of the mailbox name contains non-7bit characters
in a quoted string, Sylpheed creates an invalid header.

Example:
   From: "foo 
Comment 1 Colin Leroy 2005-05-30 22:04:56 UTC
Is it sylpheed-claws that puts quotes in the real name? I think not, so we won't
fix that. (Reopen if I'm mistaken)
