first bugged entry

Test feed: http://www.mikocon.com/forum.php?mod=rss&fid=72&auth=0

1. Cannot use feed name from the feed (contains japanese characters)
2. Several entries were decoded wrong, see attached screenshot

FWIW in Linux and using git master the kana characters appear decoded correctly, so looks like some Windows-only bug.
