Hello,
The website does not currently use HTTPS on the bug tracker or the main website. It is important to prevent MITM attacks for downloads, as well as secure user passwords logging into the bug tracker when use public networks.

It is now possible to get a free HTTPS/SSL cert from LetsEncrypt:
https://letsencrypt.org/getting-started/

Thank you.

Note that "Platform: PC Windows 7" is incorect, it affects all platforms (I am on Lubuntu 16 not only I got http link in "Change Password Request" but login page is not even available in https!)
