"Something" is wrong with showing the (un)read state of messages in the message list and folderlist and with reading the dot-files which store that information.

To make a deeper analyisis of that bug (above) it would be helpfull if there would be a more detaile debug output in that part of claws. In the bug you can see an example of debug output which didn't give enough informations to know what is wrong there.

You could open a new git-branch or provide the modified files manually here. I would test it.
