Description Bernhard E. Reiter 2016-01-18 10:13:14 UTC
Hi!

Last friday I've tried claws-mail-3.13.1-2.exe (I think)
on windows 10 and saw that the installer logo was still the
lock with the down arrow from the Gpg4win Installer.
You probably want to replace this for the next build with
a Claws Mail and down arrow or something better.

Best,
Bernhard

Hello Bernhard,
if you mean the icon that is shown during short unpacking phase near the beginning of the installation, then I have no idea where it comes from or how to change it. There is no lock image file anywhere in our installer tree, and I can't find any mention of this particular "window" anywhere in NSIS documentation.

I'll be grateful for any pointers here.

Hi Andrej,

yes, I am referring to the little icon I saw during the
start of the installation in the task-bar.

It looked like a gpg4win icon, maybe it wasn't.
I also have no idea where it comes from though,
could have been encoded as source code if you cannot grep for it.

Best,
Bernhard

I found where the icon was hiding, and in the new release, coming later today, it will be replaced with a correct Claws Mail icon. Thanks for pointing it out!
