Hello! I tried to set up Claws Mail with AVG free antivirus on my mothers computer. At first, Claws Mail got stuck and I saw some error related to bsfilterw.exe in the network log, but after disabling the bsfilter plugin things seemed to work again. I have mailed AVG about it too, but they still have not replied. My mothers box was an AMD64 with Windows 8. Regards, Per Gunnarsson
Does Claws Mail get stuck when you use the "Learn as Spam"/"Learn as Ham" functions of the bsfilter plugin, or during some other action?
As I recalled it Claws Mail got stuck when I tried to load the Gmail Inbox. I had not done anything with the bsfilter plugin, it was the default install of Claws Mail so I guess it was the Claws Mail default configuration of bsfilter. I don't have a Windows 8 AMD64 box myself, so I can't check it straight away but I'll visit my mother later this month.
