PGP message inside text/plain MIME part

If a text/plain MIME part contains e.g.

-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----

jA0ECgMC0nbVtnsmoZ9g0lQBFVTSY/avTaGibkt/dFGciqjGih1OXfLCPBRkv9gq
sDqdOrjzSO0A+P5ziDalFWJEaNQR5mYQaj/eUP8YAM4e5baFvW+7mSMesuMXqEY1
+E0TCzY=
=9DoC
-----END PGP MESSAGE-----

Claws prompts to enter the passphrase.
After closing the requester the message is displayed normal.
Example message (also attached in anonymized form):
http://marc.info/?l=oss-security&m=138884417314892&q=raw

Maybe it's not really a bug because a MIME message could also include
ASCII armor PGP messages?
Though that would be really unusual.
