I tried to make an archive with archiver plugin. The feature works fine. 
But I can't unzip the archive. A problem is dedected and the archive cannot be uncrompressed with a standard program under linux. I tried several kind of archive format (zip, tar...). All of them are unzippebable !

You cannot use unzip. You must use gunzip.
Remember name should reflect which kind of archive you have made. Default will be <file>.tar.gz or <file>.tgz

Sorry I missed something.
I use gzip (with Engrampa GUI). When the plugin create an archive file, the suffix is not automatically added. So without suffix, the de-archiver doesn't work. After adding a suffix, it works with my 'standard' archiver/de-archiver program.
