HTML renderer plug-in, fancy, cannot be loaded because it depends on libsoup library (libsoup-2.4-1.dll), in its turn this library depends on libxml, namely libxml2-2.dll, which is missed in Claws' win32 installation package.

Already present in latest package (claws-mail-3.9.2git162-pkg46.exe).
