add hidden preference to disable version number in window title

I do not like to see "Claws Mail 3.8.0" oder "Claws Mail 3.8.0cvs29" in the window title... That is what the about dialog is good for. ;)

This patch adds a hidden preference to disable the version number in window title.

Should we default to enable oder disable here?

I'd prefer the version to stay there. It doesn't hurt anyone.

Don't really see any need to remove the version number from the title, or to add yet another preference for just enabling/disabling its display.

You might find more acceptance if you made the title configurable. So that it reads as it does by default but can be "constructed" from a sequence of variables, like so:

Name %version% %unread-count% %active-account-name%

Named those 3 just to get you thinking. As you can see with Claws-Mail, more is better. :)

Hmm, I like the idea...
Though I am not shure whether or not I will find time to implement this.

Cool! Take your time. Nobody seems to be in a hurry for this one. ;)
