Menu Bar/Configuration/Preferences/Compose/Templates/'Information' Radio Button to display the Symbols and commands with the following information at the top:

"The following symbols and commands can be used:"

Nothing can be done with this information, cannot close the window, scroll the list of commands and explanations, nor move it by drag and drop.  The only action is 'CTRL+C' and both the 'Description of symbols' and 'Preferences' are closed at the same time.  Have checked the list of bugs and nothing seems to fit this problem.

About me: Journeyman Electronics Technician with over 65 years experience, over 35 years experience with computers from Win3.1 through Win7 except for any server software.  Just now getting to use the feature of networking on my home system and still working with my 'training wheels attached' all I know is from my experiences with my systems over the years.
