HTML file with CSS style using "text-transform: uppercase;"

The viewer ignores the CSS directive "text-transform: uppercase;".

The HTML email displays correctly in Thunderbird.

the gtkhtml2 plugin has now been dropped and superseded by the Fancy plugin
