I accidentally made my command menu go away and I cannot seem to figure out how to bring them back to display.

Secondly, how can I rearrange the message list columns?  I want to see the "From" column first on the left, then the "Subject" column next, then "Date", then "Size".

This is a bug tracking tool, usage questions like this are not suitable here. If you have questions about usage, please joing the Users mailing list.

You can toggle the main window's menu visibility with F12. You can rearrange the columns in Summaries preferences page. Look for "Displayed columns".
