Using a password containing an exclamation mark will reliably cause IMAP log in to fail on the Windows version. Linux version is not affected by this bug.

When it fails the exclamation mark in the password is:
at first char?
at last char?
at any char not first or last?

At any char not first or last.

Version 3.12.0 does not suffer from this bug.
