Click on one of the filters in the list. Start typing. As long as you know the first few characters of the filter name you're looking for, you'll be able to find what you want. Not quite... it's a start; but is there a way (not obvious if any) that will jump to the next/previous match. I've tried arrows and +- keys. What I'm looking for is similar to the quicksearch for messages, and the result would be to display only those filters containing the search text. Here, use of up/down arrow keys will step through matches, skipping those filters that don't match. IDK why the same doesn't appear to be the case for you. OK... I see the up/down arrows work in some cases; but not throughout the entire rule. It works on the Name; but not elsewhere in the rule which is where I would find it most useful... after all, a rule can contain many and/or conditions which would not appear in the Name. It's the conditions/actions that I always seem to search for. Yes, unfortunately, search is on the name field only (sorry I didn't make that completely clear before). Given your current situation, as read from the CM Users list, I can see that the current search is not as useful as it could be. |
