what I see

I tried to get some help on -users mailing list, but it is impossible to ask without being subscribed (which is something I don't want to do), so I'll post here.

Hi Claws users,

long time Claws Mail user reporting in (from Sylpheed-Claws times).

I have one issue I was hoping to get some help for: I use IMAP a lot,
and it is not a perfect protocol. Sometimes connections get stuck, or
they take too much time. I can not tell Claws to abort and I have a
frozen app like this:

<see attached file>

I can not quit either. The only thing I can do (and I do it a lot) is
'killall -9 claws-mail'.

Is there something else I can do?

You can also try a friendly “Message/Receive/Cancel receiving” or, less friendly, just switch to off-line mode to break connections (see icon next to the account selector, down-right corner of main window).

BTW, I don't see why subscribing the ML is worse than Bugzilla.

Switching to off-line mode works!

Thank you Ricardo!
