I can't use any plugins as none that come with the package, or the extras, show up in the list (see attachment).  Why aren't they showing up?

There is no attachment, so I can only guess your meaning... maybe because you haven't loaded any??

Anyway, this is a discussion topic rather than a bug topic so I'm closing this.
