Patch for recursive mark as read
I created this patch because I also lack this functionality in claws.
It apply cleanly to 3.7.10 and also with hunks to current CVS. Works for me ok on 3.7.10.

Recursive mark as read patch
New update for recursive mark as read. Now it works more inteligent. Just enable the option when there is some mail in subdirectories. So I think the patch is now done. Does this work for threads/discussion, too? I mean if there is a selected and folded 100-message-thread (with a + in front of this one line). When I say "mark as read" only the top message is marked but the rest is uneffected. But it should effect all the messages because this one-selected-line represents all messages in the thread because it is folded. I hope I used the right words with my bad english. Is this issue relevant in this thread or should I open a new one? Changes related to this bug have been committed. Please check latest Git and update the bug accordingly.
